Believe me, I haven't been dieting!
Here is what I did today, alternated Smith inclines with three plates per side and barbell rows with three plates per side....good breathers in between...
followed that up with underhand, narrow grip pulldowns...and flat dumbell presses...
Then I ate a ton of food along with protein shakes all day. I am a bloated swine and it looks like it's only going to get worse.
