Have you noticed a difference between taking all your GH at once vs spreading it out

Any benefit to spreading out 10 ius a day or it doesn’t matter if you take it all at once first thing in the morning?
 
when it comes to muscle building you can give full daily dose at once because the overall daily dose is more important than the timing of administration, but when it comes to fat burning, the more often you give small doses, the more effectively it will support the burning of fat tissue

I'm not a scientist, but I suspect the difference is so small that it's not worth bothering with
 
The only real difference I felt was sleep. If I take all my hgh right before bed, I sleep great. I can get 9-10 hours if I whack myself with 10 ius. If I spread it out over the day, I dont get great sleep. But I feel sleepy over the day.

So for me, it is always before bed.

I have read that it’s best to take your GH first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Supposedly the body produces most of its natural GH at night when you sleep anyway.

What @luki7788 said is 💯 correct.

I personally do mine AM, pre-workout and PM before bed. But I do not recommend that for 99% of the people as I’m doing it to maximize fat burning, stabilized IGF levels and yes muscle growth.

Once per day and pre-bed is ideal for 99% of people IMO.
 
I have never noticed a real difference in timing or dosing.

Of course if you are 20-30iu amounts daily you
should probably split up the areas LOL!

It makes sense if one is trying to mimic endogenous production. In the adult, growth hormone's primary role is beta oxidation and secretion occurs according to the circadian rhythm with a maximal release in the second half of the night.

I don’t disagree, but empty stomach usually is only beneficial for oral consumed items for various reasons.

To date, I haven’t seen any solid research that shows any benefit to pinning HGH on an empty stomach.

As @b-boy always says though- please prove me wrong. I love learning new things and seeing new studies. 😊
 
Been using 5iu MWF and the tiredness is almost gone dosing all in the morning. I used to dose before bed, ED (3.3iu).

^^^This. Started this about 3 weeks ago and my sleep has been superb. I'm usually a good sleeper but it certainly has been a noticeable difference. Currently at 10iu Kefei's.

exactly as you wrote - the differences are so minimal that it is not worth bothering with it at all

In general, these types of questions always make me laugh because they wonder how to make the most of GH or gear and they want to do everything down to the minute precision, but they can't maintain a diet for a week without snacking lol
 
Once i get to 6iu i start getting bad hand tingling if i take thr full dose before bed. My hand and arms fall asleep all night.
If i split the dose its not near as bad but thats the only real difference ive seen

What @luki7788 said. The research is so weak that it’s minimal benefit.

But I’m OCD and because it makes me feel like I’m getting that 0.0001% edge I use 1/3 of my dosage IM pre-workout. But it makes minimal to NO difference.

Sometimes placebo is a real thing. 🤣

Ive checked the same batch a 4 different time , 10iu shot IM gasted then have blood drawn 2 hr later the replaced but shoot SubQ and the sub Q was a little lower , almost a full point BUT if you checked it at 3 , 4 and 5 each would the SubQ be high because of slower release??
