Hi my friends, I am weighting 232 pounds, 15 days out the Europa Super Show. The show is in dallas and there will be competing almost the best 50 proffesionals bodybuilders from all over the world.
As always i am doing my best, training hard, killing myself with the cardio and trying to show this time the more muscle as i can with good condition, so the judges and people can see some changes after mistakes made i the past and the most important thing to me is feel happy and make my wife and family happy after all their support.

DON'T DO ANYTHING THE LAST WEEK THIS TIME!!! :eek:

Just keep dieting hard and go to the show as if you were going to the gym... and this will by far be your best appearance on stage EVER. Better being bone shredded and perhaps a tad bit flat (which you're NOT at this point) than spilled over and looking smooth.

Have you seen the list, 50 guys and most of them all well ranked and won't get into the top 15.
I will be more than happy if I can show on stage how I look today.
And don't worry, I will not do nothing different just the same I did this week, deplete at 150 gr of carbs for 3 days, 2 days at 250 and one day at 350 gr and I took the pics in the evening of the high day.
I will just hear my wife advices, no diuretics and no water control, it will be a regular day just with some protan.

So you will be eating 800g carbs all the way to Friday, than Saturday you will start with 150 for 3 days. That is not a good idea.
