Helios or Clen

Is anyone still using Helios?

I tried it before and it was pretty good...

not sure of the dosages can anyone post a good protocol?

Helios are bullshit... I thought they were good, they just made me sweat and nothing else... I got NO spot reduction, in fact, they made my problem areas worse for some reason... Now I have a real bitch of a time getting rid of the fat near the obliques, it's the last place to go, I have to have veins in my lower abs and a real deep six pack before they leave... It might be a coincidence, but since I started using the spot injects with helios, that's what I got... Systemic Clen works a lot better... IMO

thanks bro,.. I didnt see much last time i used it, I have a full bottle.. may just get some liquid or oral./.

any good dosages protocol would help!

last time I did 20mcg 2x's daily for a few weeks then raised up by 1/2 tab for a week or so unitl i got to 80mcg daily.. just a long protocol...

i didnt like the effects that long..

think 2 weeks on off are better...
