Ok here I am at the Worlds...after 30 hours of flying, cardio into the sunset, dieting for years, no supplementation...not even ephedrine products or a diuretic for months, approaching old age and dehydrated (see I got lots of excuses hehe...and by the way, whats up with those ashy lips?

LOL ) This is what you get...a skinny dude that is about to fall over 20 min before being called onstage. See what you have to look forward to?

ps...by the way you Aussies and Kiwis...rumor has it that the Australasia will be 1 week before the Pro Grand Prix this year...so the Pro show is March 20. Anyone know who will guest pose at the Australasia? Is New Zealand bringing the other Island nations with them? If so they will have a very tough team.

In the pic just before this post I was only about 220. The darker pics are from ifbb-npc australian nationals and I was 225 lbs there. I lost too much size for the Worlds. I have to get a more conditioned physique and more balance. I have long arms and VERY small bones...and "please" lets not even talk about my small calves (poor things) I am going to post a pic of them so you can fall out laughing

(they are a sad story).

I had a chance to talk to some of the more experienced staff on this forum about my preparation for next season and they all had the same opinion: focus on condition while making my physique more complete. So I will have to look in the mirror and evaluate my look and decide what I want to sculpt. This will be my first time focusing on my completeness instead of trying to bulk up, which I know how to do, the problem is keeping all the gains after the bulking.

Yep coffee and teas are great. A good cuppa at breaky and I am set. (well make that several). On days that I dont have coffee I find that I get about the day just fine so thats good to know.

Hi Dwarf and JerryW.,

Jerry I dont have any pics posted from the Australian Nationals in this thread. I will see if I can find some. I was not satisfied with my conditioning especially quads. I also have to work on the calves. So for this season its heavy weights lower reps and just basic exercises to try to improve thickness but also completness/quality so that I can present a new look in 2005.
