help deciding on pep DES and GH..somewhat newbie

I am doing research on the most effective way to utilize peps, GH and DES IGF.. I will also be using test and EQ along with this..

i was thinking of using a schedule like this on work out days

as soon as i wake up.. 100mcg GRHP6 and 100mcg mod GRF 1-29
pre WO 50mcg DES 91-3) IGF w/ carbs/creatine/bcaas
post WO. 2 iu's europharm GH w/ WPI drink, no carbs..
pre bed 100mcg GHRP6 + mod GRF 1-29


on non WO days.. not really sure.. was thinking pep pre bed and a GH dose mid day in between meals. this protocol more so to save $

I'm still uncertain on the best way as well as timing w/ carbs and timing w/ protein etc.. i am thinking that w/ DES you want to add carbs (insilin mimicking) and w/ GH/pep no carbs and protein only? as insulin release dulls GH/pep effectiveness? please correct me if I'm wrong..

any thoughts or feedback from experience is welcome

gh and IGF other way around

GH preworkout and then wait 15-30 mins then insulin spike (exo or endo)

then lift

then 30 minutes after lift IGF to fill in receptors

On non workout days, I like to use my igf 1st thing in the morning just to get the nutrients in me. Actually now that I'm using DES, I'm using one of the doses in the morning everyday.

thanks for the replies guys..

so some opposing views on timing.. GH/IGF before after... both are probably correct.. as what I am finding through reading that there are many combos that are ran and many successfully..

so if i were to run the way i had posted with IGF preWO.. i would take simple carbs etc 20minutes before IM shot of IGF.. and take GH immediately PWO and take in protein within 30min .. and then full meal within a cpl hrs?

or if the other way.. GH.. wait 30 min and then through in carbs etc.. train then IGF and carbs immediately after WO?

I'm actually leaning towards the first, but i am still researching before i make a final decision.

As for off days.. what benefit is there to adding IGF to my already sched. peps and GH?

Also because i'm using DES is there any reason to split the dose up over the day like peptides?

oh, and one more ...silly... question .. can i use slin pins to inject IM? i have very little body fat..
