I am doing research on the most effective way to utilize peps, GH and DES IGF.. I will also be using test and EQ along with this..
i was thinking of using a schedule like this on work out days
as soon as i wake up.. 100mcg GRHP6 and 100mcg mod GRF 1-29
pre WO 50mcg DES 91-3) IGF w/ carbs/creatine/bcaas
post WO. 2 iu's europharm GH w/ WPI drink, no carbs..
pre bed 100mcg GHRP6 + mod GRF 1-29
on non WO days.. not really sure.. was thinking pep pre bed and a GH dose mid day in between meals. this protocol more so to save $
I'm still uncertain on the best way as well as timing w/ carbs and timing w/ protein etc.. i am thinking that w/ DES you want to add carbs (insilin mimicking) and w/ GH/pep no carbs and protein only? as insulin release dulls GH/pep effectiveness? please correct me if I'm wrong..
any thoughts or feedback from experience is welcome
