help with diet design..

I am starting a cycle in april of test/d-bol, i am a hardgainer at 185lbs and 6'1". any critiquing my diet would be greatly appreicated. my typical goes as follows:
meal1: 3 egg whites, 3 whole eggs, 4 slices bacon, 3 pieces toast
meal2: tri o plex protein bar, banana
" 3: 2 chicken breasts, baked potatoe, cookies (2)
" 4: protein bar or post workout shake (serious mass)
" 5: 2 chicken breasts, broccoli, potatoe (sweet)
" 6: ice cream (before bed) 2 scoops.

Currently I am a bit stagnant just maintaining my weight. i have a metabolism that is out of control when on AA. this will be my 3rd cycle. but my first incorporating d-bol into the mix.
 
Protein bars are usually way off wat they say and I think you should switch to a shake.

I think you need more food:
cottage cheese, tuna, flaxseeed or olive oil for calories, milk with shakes.

What you wrote actually looks like you're trying to cut weight. Eat like you want to gain. Cut later... don't be afraid to get fat...lol Cjay
 
your diet

If you are seriously a hardgainer your going to have to
put more into it than training!

Just an example:

1) 6 whole eggs
3 pieces of toast with peanut butter and jelly
glass or two of 2% milk

2) 2 cups milk
2-3 scoops of whey protein
either 2-3 TBSP of Olive oil or peanut butter
banana

3)8-10 oz lean protein
large bowl of pasta

4) same as meal 2 or a couple meal deals from a
fast food joint

5) 10 oz lean protein
large serving of carbs
1-2 TBSP Olive Oil

6) Same as meal 2 minus the banana
large bowl of lowfat/lowsugar icecream or yogurt

You could use your diet for a couple days if you feel that
your gaining fat or feeling bloated but I would only use your
diet on an off-training day at most.
 
so greasy cheeseburgers and fried foods arent a problem, eat away huh? by the way it is just basically a off training day diet. do you think the dbol will have any effect on my appetite? first time user of the dbol, test seems to stimulate my appetite though.
 
Dbol never mad me hungry but test just ravaged my stomach at 750 mg/w of test i could eat a cow in one sitting.
 
You may think your a hardgainer because you haven't been able to add mass. Bump up your food intake especially your protein. Add some lean red meat to your diet. That's probably all you need to start growing.
 
Definitely need to add more protein in there and EFA to make the calories jump, don't worry about getting fat, worry about getting huge, the rest can be done with a little dieting.

hey bro i do think dbol suppresses appetite. using something to protect your liver will help but i still notice it. great choice for dieting. my cycle will be test/dbol when i diet.
