I am starting a cycle in april of test/d-bol, i am a hardgainer at 185lbs and 6'1". any critiquing my diet would be greatly appreicated. my typical goes as follows:
meal1: 3 egg whites, 3 whole eggs, 4 slices bacon, 3 pieces toast
meal2: tri o plex protein bar, banana
" 3: 2 chicken breasts, baked potatoe, cookies (2)
" 4: protein bar or post workout shake (serious mass)
" 5: 2 chicken breasts, broccoli, potatoe (sweet)
" 6: ice cream (before bed) 2 scoops.
Currently I am a bit stagnant just maintaining my weight. i have a metabolism that is out of control when on AA. this will be my 3rd cycle. but my first incorporating d-bol into the mix.
