How do I know if I have a hernea? I have stabbing pain in my oblique when I run, do deads or squats. Also, there is a stabbing pain right above my hip flexors by my nads on the same side. This pain happens throughout the day whenever I move a certain way. I have a doc appt for the 14th, but I'm wondering if this is indeed a hernea or if I should continue to do deads in the meanwhile.
