I've never heard of a hernia involving anything but the abdominal wall and the testicles. Has anyone had a hernia due to squats, deadlifts, or anything? I've always avoided going heavy on these lifts for fear of them. My dad has an abdominal hernia which worries me, thinking genetically. If one were to pop a hernia, is there effective operations these days that can be done for repairs back to 100%?
