Hey Phil what were you thinking when CT pulled his shitfit in 95 and smashed his trophy onstage because he didnt win? Did he say anything backstage to you after like "sorry" or did he just get out of there quick?

you know, as i just watched it again and saw you weighed 235...ive been saying for a while now, over 240ish the body looks too un natural.. it seems to get that 1" on their arms, 3" goes to the waist... i just dont think the human body is meant to carry that much muscle...

Phil was my inspiration early on and still inspires me today...some of the best gains in my life were made off the routine they printed in the Muscular Development after his USA win...each bodypart 2-3 times a week...as I stated many times before his and DC routines put more mass on me than anything and took me to the next level.

Hey Phil,

who is this guy training with you in the youtube clip? (squating etc.) what became of him? did he ever develop further and compete on stage? Where was they gym where you guys are training? I have watched this clip a few times and have found the training principles insightful.
