People can sometimes be too serious on here so things can be misread etc. I hope you know I was completely joking. I would be shocked if anybody was being serious. I think some (including me) were just surprised you didn't put some boxers on.

You look great. You have made huge improvements in the last year. You looked really good when you were smaller you have just added size in the right places. Keep on progressing. You have a good team behind you.

Also i do not lift to look good 4 months out of 12...
I do not just lift to make my arms and abs look good. but everything!

My legs have come a long way but still have a lot more work to go! Seems to be the hardest part! They really started coming out last summer when i was working them 3 times a week!

But i have Several years left... And with all the knowledge at PM there is a lot of support behind me! Thanks for the Support everyone!
