I tried gh preworkout and IGF-1 post workout. I didn't feel that the IGF-1 did anything for me, maybe I didn't give it enough time.

I can't really use hgh due to severe fatigue even at low doses. I am the same with mk-677 as well. The combo works amazingly though. I have researched the science in and out over the years but at the end of the day they work no matter how you dose them you just have top be consistent.

I would do it one of 2 ways. Your hgh dose would effects things. Meaning I recommend splitting hgh up if you are using 5iu+. You could use hgh first thing, pre workout and the lr3 pre bed.

I am using lr3 post workout now. The literature states it's best to wait a few hours post workout as it would interfere with natural MGF production that intense exercise initials. Sometimes I litertally just dose it 30 mins post workout as it suits me better as I always have a very large carb meal post injection (usually rice cereal with milk) and that's perfect straight after training.

So depending upon when you train and your hgh dose you can dose it different ways. Generally I think hgh is best either morning, pre workout or pre bed. LR3 is best 3 hours post workout, pre bed or on off days.

The most important thing for me is the lr3 dose and frequency. I have never got much from low doses. I 100% recommend dosing it at least eod. Think of LR3 as the most amazing glucose disposal agent. If I use it daily I soon notice it's effects diminish. I would rather use it at a higher dose but every 2-3 days and I get optimal results when I do. LR3 must be taken in with high carbs for optimal results. It should be taken in when depleted and already lean. Guys who have high bf probably won't notice as much from lr3 but I suppose you can state the same about most things we take.

I train very late at night so would often use lr3 post workout/pre bed with a large meal and that protocol suits me perfectly. I would wake up fuller and tighter. Depending upon the strength of the product anywhere between 100-200mcg with just as many carbs. I use that eod for 1 month so 15 doses then come off.

I would use the IGF1-lr postworkout with plenty of carbs/protein to fully potentiate its effect , and do it on a daily basis (on non training days I would take it 20 -30mins before the largest meal of the day

Generally GH and IGF1 hve a distinct synergistic effect , so it's wise to combine them-

well, usually gh is always splittet in 2 or more doses if it's above 5-6ie.
the more splits the better... but so said, for only 6ie i'd split it 2 in the morning and 4 pre workout, on non Training days i'd split 3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. for 8ie i'd split 2/2/4 (morning, midday, pre training)

igf i take in the morning and pwo (or before bed)

Lately and for no other reason than to simplify my life, I've been pinning HGH upon awakening before cardio. Then 4-5 hours 30-60min post workout I pin IM 250mcg GHRP-6 along 80Mcg LR3-Igf-1 and 3.5iu HGH Sub-Q. It has been working very well, I started to notice and increase in mass/weight. Bumped LR3 to 120mcg, I'm attempting to regain insulin sensitivity from HGH. Metformin and Berberine haven't done the job, reason to incorporate LR3-igf-1.

you injected post workout (1h) in the same time hgh + igf1lr3 + ghrp ?

I noticed that when running low dose Igf lr3 (40mcg), it seems more noticeable when the GH and slin has cleared first.

I want to experiment with a higher dose (100+mcg) of Igf lr3 while the GH and slin is active. I think a higher dose is more optimal in those conditions.
