OK, if you guys had to choose one of the two for mass which one would it be? Lets have a good debate on this, and discuss reasons for each. I am undecided on this subject. I know IGF is supposed to be the greatest miracle to bodybuilding in the last 10 years. But I have trouble finding anyone with great results. HGH on the other hand is tried and true and has worked for many. But they say it works by raising IGF, so... I'm lost.
