HGH question please help

Ok so here it is. I got my hands on Tev-tropin HGH. It comes in 5mg (15iu) with 30mg of mannitol bottles with 5ml of bacterial static water. So my question is how do I dose this properly? And how long should this last me? I'm 30yrs old 196lbs at around 7.5% body fat or less. Any assistance with will be greatly appreciated.

Tev tropin is prescription only made by teva. This is the stuff you would get from your local pharmacy like Watson or paddock etc..
