can someone please advise on this protocol, I seen it somewhere and cant find one that lays it out for me to play it out.
If i remember what i read it was:
200mcg ipa/100 mcg mod grf morning upon waking
15-20 later hgh 5iu (litte fuzzy on IM or sub Q for this or can either suffice?)
5iu gh pre w/o
200cg ipa/100 mcg mod grf before bed
question on food how long before the ipa/mod can you eat and after?
my meals run kinda like this (my diet is 40/40/20, i am cutting at 1800 cals per day) 5'9 205lbs 16%
830-9am breakfast or 30 mins after morning shots
1130-12pm snack
230-3pm lunch
4pm workout
530pm-6pm pwo shake
7-730pm dinner
930-10pm snack
i usually go to sleep about 11pm
i adjust the times based on when i wake up
ive been on 2-5 ius of gh for over a year now with maybe a 2-3 week break twice during the year
my goal is just to maximize hgh throughout the day, and get maximum benefits
