HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE! What do y'all do?

Low dose Cialis 5=10 mg helps me too, most everything mentioned does help but honestly thats not high enough to worry about

Currently on 750 mgs/week of test cyp and I have pre hypertensive systolic bp, but regular diastolic. The exact numbers were 134/75 and 131/75. Checked it twice to make sure. The cuff was not too small either. I don't do much cardio because I'm trying to get my weight up, but if it will help then I will.

I have a family history of high blood pressure, so I'd like to get it in check while I can. So my question is; is high intensity like sprints better for my bp or long distance jogging? Or something in the middle? I currently take baby aspirin and coq 10 for heart health, but I know supps will only do so much. Any type of advice on what I could do would be great!

I wish I was as enlightened with knowledge as some of the members on this forum, that way I could help everyone as much as they help me! Thanks bros!

Dude that aint that bad at all if it goes above 140 over 80 then you are getting on up there mine has always run between 125-135 over 65-73 didn't matter if I was taking something or not it did not raise my blood pressure even when on tren or eq mine never went any higher than that. If you want heart health take coQ10 fish oils flaxseed oils 81mg asprin niacin and something containing good steroles as well as garlic and Lower your sodium intake and loose weight And eat oatmeal and do cardio at least 20 min a day on top of regular exercises.

Thanks man I appreciate the advice. I'll take you up on the oatmeal garlic and cardio!

This combo always works for me. I call it the Nobel formula:
1: 2-3 cloves of garlic a day
2: 2-3 large handful of blueberries a day
3: 200mgs coq10 a day split am and pm
4: 4-5 days a week cardio 30-35minutes
5: 800-1000mgs of quercetin day
6: 6-8 grams of fish oil day

Note this formula has reduced bp in quite a few of my buddies who run high dose tren and 1-2 grams of test. Their bp's were ranging from 150-170

keeping bp low.

this is what worked best for me without the use of bp meds:

1) drop excess water weight-an AI can help with that(as mentioned in another post).

2) cardio, cardio and cardio (don't have to kill yourself tho...lol)--moderate cardio is truly the fountain of youth imo and will lean you out/tighten you up-help with bp and lower your heart rate.

3) 'intermittant fasting' (16/8) works wonders in helping to lower bp and heart rate-for me anyway.

4) as mentioned in a previous post: keep salt intake to a minimum and minimize your energy drinks/caffinated products.

best of luck,
cavdude

When I was going through withdrawals and was admitted to the hospital I was 176/118. Not a good scene. I would kill for those reading tho. I take Lotrel and Bystolic now.

Hawthorne Berry usually does the trick for me.

During cycle, my rats blood pressure is usually around the 129/68 area when using hawthorne berry and lots of fish oil.

Those numbers are good for a cycle. Sure you want to be in a normal range but you are so I wouldn't worry. Keep monitoring it and if it creeps over 140 you start to show more concern. Those numbers look good for a cycle.

Anyway doing cardio a few times per week will imo be enough. Nobel made some great suggestions. Add beetroot extract to that list and hawthorn berry. To me a good simple stack would be...

Cardio (for everyone)
6-9g fish oil daily (for everyone)
Beetroot extract
Hawthorn Berry

I do take garlic and coq10 too as they are fantastic supplements for a variety of reasons.

Cialis is amazing for lowering bp too so a small amount daily is great. Honestly if you just added that at 12.5mg per day that is all you would need. My bp was the same as yours on cycle last time I went the docs and I was made up... my doc even said it was fine. Over here 140/80 is considered fine :p

Baby aspirin at night before bed. Restrict sodium, drink A LOT of water. I supplement with Niacin & CoQ10.

I'm in the same boat as you as my blood pressure is high even off cycle.

Cardio, Fish Oil (Make sure it's high quality with good EPA/DHA), and 2 gallons of water a day helps lower mine.

Well 600mg tren E a week had my blood pressure up to about 170/100 consistently and my doctor was like hell no

Now I'm on a combo of 25mg HCTZ/ 20mg Benicar/ 20mg Lisinopril

My pressure now is 118/75 and hasn't been over 125/80 in 2 weeks...the right combo of BP meds will work wonders!
