Home Test Kits for measuring Testosterone levels? with saliva?

Are the saliva test test kits (ha) accurate enough for our purposes? I have a friend that has no insurance and suspects he has low test (fatigued, no sex drive, etc). I told him I would ask ya'll (since I suspect you know whats up). Whats the best idea for this guy? Remember he has no insurance and money is an issue.
