anyone here homebrew at all. Ive been reading up on it a little bit today out of boredom. Seems interesting.

Just curious how hard is it?
And i worry about things staying sterile?

Anyone with any experience chime in please

Its very easy if you know what your doing, not hard at all. As far as how sterile it is, its very sterile, once again as long as you know what your doing.

Once its filtered into a sealed sterile vial,as long as nothing foreign that is not sterile isnt introduced ,it stays sterile.
