ok lets say a 20 yr old guy starts training with biceps 14 inches, can someone like that really build 20 inch arms someday, no synthol, just training and gear ,how much have your biceps grown over the years not including synthol use
I started out with 12s at 18, and got them to 17 by 24 with only running halodrol. I'm not sure if i'll ever have 20s unless I decide to run some tren, dbol, or use synthol.

Never used synthol... Yet.
But I started at 18yrs old with 12.5 inch biceps. Before gear got to 15.5 inches within 3.5 years.
With gear got to just under 17" before 24 years old.
After 1 8week test/dbol cycle. And 1 16 weeks test/adrol/DECA cycle. Which was cut short by 1.5 weeks from a damn spider bite illness.
It would be very difficult to try and get 20+inch arms just running aas unless you have superior genetics. I've gotten them to barely 20 inches when I used to weigh 205 last year at 8% bf. At the time I was on a cycle plus slin and gh. Never used SEOs.

yes it is very possible..with the right work ethic, dedication, and training anything can be achieved. I started out at 16 with 15" arms and never really had a level of dedication to what i am now. started AAS when i was 22 and had probably 16-17" arms at that time now at 29 i have 20.5" arms and weight 250 @ 5'10-11 and my bf percentage stays below 11% even in improvement season like i am now
