Depends on how much damage you have to undo. I had a trainer who had me doing an hour 6 days a week because i was "thinking" about doing a show. In hindsight it was overkill but some people need it.
i am already using mast right now. the cycle is test prop 100 mg mon through friday. same with mast and tren ace right now. im doing 45 mins of cardio a day. im hoping that is enough. i have 6 weeks till my first show and i want to be shredded as fuck. i did a dnp cycle to see where it would get me and im not all impressed as others have been but i only been off for a week. i heard that it takes about 10 days off to see the best results. keeping fingers crossed.
ordered some clen and it should be here tomorrow. im going to be using that and t3 for the next six weeks with cardio and i might throw winny in at the last month to really try and throw some cuts in there.
diet right now is pretty damn clean. i eat 6 food meals a day all chicken and green beans. two of them i have half of a sweet potato too.
if you guys can think of anything that i could take, or do to get me in better shape then let me know. also let me know if you think that i have a solid plan. like i said before this is my first cut ever so there is quite a bit to get rid of. thanks
Diet is truly the answer - there is NOTHING that will magically make the fat melt off. As others have said cardio can NEVER compete with diet - but if you are not pretty freaking hard by six weeks then you might have to get extreme with cardio. There is NOTHING that you can ingest or inject that will make it happen.
Not really. I think it's been recently proven that burning fat is almost all diet, cardio is not needed. Calories consumed vs calories burned. Most guys on here prob burn 2500 calories/day without doing anything. I hate cardio in a calorie deficit anyways always felt like I was burning my leg muscles away
