How long can you run T3 and what is a good substitute for clen?

I have 2 scenarios in mind, first off, how long can you run T3 at a low dose(25mcg)? I was thinking of running this low dose with my next moderate bulking cycle(10 weeks long) to keep off the extra belly i always seem to get when I put on size. Second, along with a cutting cycle how long can you run a higher dose of T3, and how high can you go? I was thinking of an 8-10 week cutting cycle, during which I would pyramid up to 150-200mcg per day before tapering back down. And finally, what is good to stack with the T3 besides clen? I love the results I get when I stack the 2 but I can't stand the shaky hands I get when I'm on clen. Thanks in advance for any answers you guys can give me.
 
In my opinion, low doses of t3 are huge muscle wasters - precontest, I'd never run t3 without gh (they go hand in glove for me, precontest).
