How long should i be off of gh with this protocall?

Iv been on gh for 12-16 weeks and iv been doing the 8 i/u 3x week and i fill like i need a break as TJ sayes after 12-16 weeks you should take a break as your body gets burned out and wont get the size as you first did from taking gh this way.

So how long should i take a break from gh?
