How long is generic semaglutide good for after reconstitution

I have tried searching everywhere on how long semaglutide lasts after reconstitution. If memory serves me right wegovy recommends product used within 55 days. When first starting out a larger 10mg vial would last months, and there is not much data on generic form holding up. Can anyone offer any personal experiences or data I missed.

Not with semaglutide, but the tirzepatide my research mice use has been good for the 5 weeks it takes to use up a vile.

Personal experience. Towards the end of the month the side effects and strength seem to fade. The first shot out of a new vial potency always seemed to be back to 100%. I say this because I had extreme negative side effects from Sema. I would be in the toilet for 45 minutes at a time, bloody stool but hey we poison ourselves to look sick right? After making the switch to Tirzepatide I now have 0 side effects and am approaching 10% bf.

That’s correct. I always refrigerate peptides. I don’t refrigerate gh because I don’t think it’s necessary. I do a vial of gh eod, the degradation would be minimal in 24 hours.

Man that degradation is way faster than I thought . Ty for the insight.

We’ve always calculated it around 60 days. Sounds like I need to step that back to 30!

For me it’ll be an easy shift from 5mg to 2mg (waste some with 5mg anyways).

Any idea of the amount of degradation? We talking total or just a loss of purity?

Oh damn, so thats an easy decision for you. I have been on Sema and love the results with no Sid effects so if it aint broke, don't fix it. Also, supposedly Tirz may cause hair loss, so thats not good for me.

I keep mine refrigerated because I have a spare fridge but Jano did some testing with leaving Sema at room temp for 2 weeks and it came back with no degradation.

Update I did 2 more mg a couple days later ( total 3mg) it felt like when I was on .5mg. But again it was already mixed for over 30 days. I am mixing a new 10mg vial today and will start with 2mg.

i dont remember where i read it, but i was under the impression it should be good for at least 60 days after being mixed ..
i had a 10mg vial that the wife and i split over 6 weeks and it didnt feel like it lost any potency even the last week.. i didnt go over 1mg/week she didnt go over .5mg/week .. any more then that and i wouldnt be able to eat enough to hit my daily goal ..
even when we finished it for the next week or so i still felt affects..
