How long until noticeable results?

Been on HRT for about 3 weeks now. Endo has me on 30mg of Axiron ED. Only noticable difference is libido has improved a bit, but actual performance has not..no morning wood or spontaneous wood either...he wants me to wait a full month and then get labs again before boosting to 60mg. I knew it wouldnt be over night, so just trying to get an idea, roughly....obviously everyone is different...my last BW- test level was 477 but LH was 11.9 Not sure what free test was...dont remember...that was prior to going on...

I am surprised doc put you on anything since your total test was well in the normal range .your Lh is very high , were you using clomid at the time of the blood test ?

Creams and Gels get horrible reviews for TRT. I would switch to injects. There are many good excuses you could use to get it. I guess some people don't like needles though.

Your testosterone levels are good.
Why are you on HRT?

NO clomid...Endo told me test numbers are subjective to each person..even though 250 is "low" and i was above that, body was producing higher levels of LH...LH tells the pituitary the body needs testosterone. Message goes to testes to ramp up and produce. The excess turns to estrogen, which tells body to stop T production. Because of the high LH, my body is telling my brain it still was not producing adequate testosterone. Therefore i was having typical symptoms...low libido, ED...even with pd5s i would get half way through and fizzle out...so apparently, my body requires a higher level.

Most docs start patients off at 60 mg/day of axiron so 30mg/day will probably make your test levels even lower than they are without using anything since your natural test level was 477 .did doc look into why Lh was so high and did he measure prolactin and e2 since those being elevated would hurt your libido and cause impotence ?

Doc did complete hormone panel, everything else was in range. He stated LH was high because body telling itself it needed more test....Not sure 30mg is going to drag me down. My libido has improved a bit, performance "test" is limited- wife was sick over last week..lol. However, other night went smoothly, however still using Levitra 20's. Next episode going to try a 10mg and see how that goes...Doc gave me a bunch of samples. Still no morning or spontaneous wood. Workouts seem better, and I seem focused. When I called and asked if I could up to 60mg, he told me to remain at 30mg for a full month as it takes that long for full effect. Thought about injevtions, not sure how often I would have to go, my copay is expensive...so if i have to go once a week or even every 2 weeks that would suck...
