I'm 5 weeks into my 3rd cycle and currently weight train 4 days a week:
Mon - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Wed - Quads, Hams
Fri - Back, Bis
Sat - Calves, Traps, Abs
...and I try to get in cardio whenever I can.
Is 4 days a week ideal for growth?
