This may sound like a stupid question. But for some reason I can not get any height on my biceps. They just keep getting wider. I have tried all kinds of different workouts. Just figured I would ask and see what you guys recommend. Thanks alot.

Thanks Shelby. Many people overlook this tiny little guy on the outside or your bicep. Located in between the tri and the bi. Build this muscle and it can HELP, and that is the key word here, help build a slightly better peak. Other than that like the others have saud, it is all in the hands of the gods. You are either born with short insertions.........Higher peak............. or long insertions.............Thicker, football shaped looking bi. I doubt that even syntherol will make much a difference to the shape of the peaks, just the size of them.Build up your brachialis... it can help.
