How to add height to your bicep?

This may sound like a stupid question. But for some reason I can not get any height on my biceps. They just keep getting wider. I have tried all kinds of different workouts. Just figured I would ask and see what you guys recommend. Thanks alot.

the only way i add height is to site them, mine just get WIDE lol
ive tried doing concentration DB for a while, and it seemed to work, but not that much

pretty much stuck with the muscle shape you are born with. Only way to change it might be some syntherol. Didnt work for me, but many have had success
 
Choose your parents more wisely next time. Its all genetics. :)

Like it has been stated, you cannot change your genetic shape. Im not advocating it but the only way to add height to your biceps besides making them bigger overall would be Syntherol.
 
I'm actually finding as my bf% is dropping my biceps have a much more dramatic peak... if your bf is already low probably doesn't make a difference though...
 
I've got one of each. My right bicep has a nice peak but my left bicep is medium crappy. It's ok for a side chest but I'm kind of screwed for a double bicep.

Thanks Shelby. Many people overlook this tiny little guy on the outside or your bicep. Located in between the tri and the bi. Build this muscle and it can HELP, and that is the key word here, help build a slightly better peak. Other than that like the others have saud, it is all in the hands of the gods. You are either born with short insertions.........Higher peak............. or long insertions.............Thicker, football shaped looking bi. I doubt that even syntherol will make much a difference to the shape of the peaks, just the size of them.

The brachialis really has more mass to it than the bicep muscle. It lies underneath it. I know when I dissected cadavars I was surprised at how big it is. It lies right on the bone and the bicep sits on top of it really. Building that up should help to push the bicep up more I would think.

Syntherol really does work well for adding a peak if you follow big As protocol.
 
Larry Scott really endorsed this concept on building the brachialis for peaks. Youtube his workouts...kinda grainy but explains the point.
