I am currently 9weeks out from a show and want to practice loading without carbs.
How do you "fat load", Ive spoken to bodybuilders at the gyms I train at, they recommend alot of steak and eggs. I would like to load with unsaturated fats-would this work very well?? I was thinking of eating natural peanut butter throughout the day aswell as whole eggs, almonds, walnuts, flaxseed oil, some red meats and????????????????????????????????????
How much fat could a depleted body absorb in one day and how much per hour/meal?
I want to load up without risking bloating up with water, something Im prone to.
