I clicked on a link to this board and was pleasently surprised. I recognized some names from the bolex and the old renegade (IM, MikeS, Big A, JJ, Wyld ), so I know this board is off the chizzo fo shizzo my nizzo.
The thread on "Cure for joint distress", is very informative bc I am still having shoulder problems and its been 18 months since surgery(labrum repair). I'm on 2iu's of Ankebio ED hoping it has some healing effect on conective tissue. I will post my progress bc anyone who has had surgery to repair torn cartilige knows what I'm goin through. Limited blood flow in cartilige means much longer recovery time.....L8TR

Oops, this was supposed to show on new members thread, my bad lol...

Re: ...

Right on, I'm gland to hear that.

I'm 32 but after the surgery and rehab, its like my body never quite fully recovered and I feel more like 52.
I just want to go back to how I was prior to this injury like, being able to go about my normal activites without being in pain.

And to think, before this injury I was happy and I did'nt know it.........L8TR

If everyone would just do declines instead of flat barbell bench, shoulder probs would be reduced so much. But the flat smith seems OK, not the same rotation of the shoulder/rotator during the lift.
