hey gang, trying out the HST program. has anyone else here done this?
here is my 15 rep phase workout split done eod alternating between A and B for 2 weeks working up to my 15 rep max, then 2 weeks working up to my 10 rep max, then 2 weeks working up to my 5 rep max and continuing for 2 more weeks. all in 5-10lb increments.
A
Incline DB 2 x
Pullups 2x
Shoulder Press 2x
Lateral Raise 1x
Barbell Curls 1x
Overhead Rope Extension 1x
Calf Raise 1x
Squat 2x
B
Dips 2x
Chest Supported Row 2x
Upright Row 2x
Shrugs 1x
Dumbell Curls 1x
Tricep Pressdown 1x
Calf Raise 1x
Stiff Legged Deadlifts 2x
any input is appreciated. i just did the A part today and i was wiped by the end of it!
