HUMANOFORT: optimal use

Been reading through thread after thread and just looking for some assemblence of a summary on this product....what is ideal dosage while off? WHile on? Yr round use? Should women use? I would like to see a sticky on humanofort use....hoping others would as well

I take it like this:
100mg when i wake up
100mg post workout
200mg before bed.

I recently bumped up the before bed dose to 200mg vs 100mg and it does help prevent me from waking up as frequently throughout the nite...I would imagine myself following this protocol year round...also...several members have said their wifes have had positive experiences with it as well.

For non active people with low daily stress 200mg per day, with high stress 300mg per day, people with anxiety attack 200mg emediatley it happens.
For old people with complect memory last 600mg per day.
For people with high blood sugar or high insulin levels 300mg per day.

For bbs 300mg to 600mg per day, dipending on how heavy and hard is the training.

I just started using it...

I am trying 200mg in the PM and 200mg in the AM...

We shall see...

I was oddly hardworking today at work... rather than dragging ass like I usually do by Wednesday. Maybe it works, we shall see.
