Ok I finally took some new pics......just got done with my first cycle 2 1/2 weeks ago and i am up to 190....im 5'8"....I will be competing in November as a middleweight.....I plan on doing one more bulking cycle in may to get up to 205 or 210 then cutting down to 175 or so...so please feel free critique my physique and let me know how you think i stack up against other middleweights....i have competed twice before but as a lightweight....aight shoot

at your height of 5'8 i would say you need to add more mass to the frame.. i figure you already know that..that will come in time.. shape is good.. potential is there..just more size right now..

I do remember you briefly at the western regionals last November , were we in the same room? anyways i got words of wisdom for ya , 1st of all never post a picture of yourself and then include your gear stack claimming that you use, thats a bad idea if you need advice i would pM somebody you trust. Seems like your holding alot of water but definetly looking bigger your improvements are noticible as a middle you could do good around 170 ripped as all hell, whats your age ? cause that would help determine where your status is , Weight 77 is correct on saying everything needs work cause it does but for now overall your looking good bro the rest will come with training . If you have any questions pm somebody instead of including the world in on your what gear your on . good luck see you in November.

oh and id say your back needs the most work thickness and width so start deads and chins asap.

hey Hutch heres me at 183lbs

heres a picture of me 24yrs old 183lbs at my first show , ive made dramatic improvements Hutch and so can you with the right training and help. so just keep doing what your doing

Ya that was me in the same room......Yes i am holding a lot of water....but I am starting to eat a lil cleaner this week so some should come off and i should start to look more vascular and hard.......oh and i am 24 years old....Thanks a lot for the advice.....see you in Nov.

no i think he should be fine, he got off march 14 or so. november is 8 months away from today roughly. that will give him time to bulk up, stay clean, and get back on for his dieting. given he dosent do 4 month cycles..lol
