I know I'm not that lean, and I just trained legs. But there is what look like right now at 235 lbs (No clothes on)
I'm working on my legs and upper chest.
I competed as a middleweight 13 months ago, a year before that Welterweight.
I've competed earlier this year as lightheavy.
I will be a heavyweight when I compete next year, as long as my progress stays on track. (Hopely bringing up my week points along the way, care of Don Long showing me how)
I know I have a long way to go, but I felt I should show my progress.
Don't need a critique, just showing you guys what I look like.
