I have a little more growing to do before I'm ready to come back down. I really want to try to be competitive at one of the Jr. Nationals/USA next year.....or i should say I just want to look like I belong in the line-up. I have a lot more effort to put in for that to happen.

My legs have grown over the past few months, they have matured more than anything. Those pics are a few hours after training legs, and they are blurry.
My last contest was in april @ 183lbs, so that was before Don showed me my training mistakes. I've changed alot. Cant' wear any of my jeans anymore.
I'm just hoping for the best, Don said if I'm gonna be around 205lbs, we might as well suck it on down to 198lbs. But if I can make it to 250lbs close to the BF I'm holding, I think Heavyweight is doable. I have enough time to get there, if I can keep my current pace.
But you as you know, you never know what can happen in this game. Try for the best, prepare for the worst.

Not to alarm you but your upper chest is purple blotchy......and a little veriscosity in the arms.......get it checked out with a vascular specialist...

We were talking about that look awhile ago on here in another post. A few of us have had that. I used to get it on my upper back. Once I got off the stuff it went away. My BP wasnt high, so it wasnt that. Nobody on here seems to know what causes it, but for me it was definetly related to taking AAS since it would go away when I got off.
