Ok... Being memorial day weekend i had to let loose one night... So Sunday night i ate only 3 meals... 2 normal dieting meals.. THe other, i went to a bar-b-q and chowed down on grilled steak, chicken, potato salad, french bread, corn, and shrimp.. Two hours later i was at the club where i consumed 4 LIT's and 7 Corona's... The first several hours i was standing around getting my drink on... Then i managed to get the attention of a nice young lady and spent at least 2 hours on and off dancin on the dance floor... We left the bar and hit 7-11 and i got a met-rx cookie crunch protein bar, small bag of unsalted pretzels and two powerades.. Then i had a nice late night cardio session... When i woke up this morning i looked great!!! I mean i was leaner than i have been on my 11 weeks of dieting... Im guessing this is due to the dehydration of the alcohol and i will fill out as soon as i start pounding my water today....
