Hey everyone. Brand spanking new to this board and naturally, I have many questions I'd like to get some answers to. I've been lifting weights since 14, and seriously got into bodybuilding at 21. I've done a few cycles and made moderate gains, but honestly nothing spectacular. I worked with a trainer for two years and competed twice. I'm 6'1 235lbs 34w 16.5a 19c 45ch 50sh 24yrs old. As you can see, i have good calves and ok quads, but, am somewhat lacking in the upper body. After realizing my trainer wasn't a help anymore and only a financial drain and really no longer seemed to have my best interest at heart, I quit using his services and am back to training alone and sometimes with a training partner. I've decided i've had enough taking the "advice" of people in my gym, I have this feeling they aren't all that interested in seeing me reach freak status, and aren't really all that great of bodybuilders themselves.
Therefore, i'm coming here no for the info and i guess I have a ton to learn to get me in the right direction. I don't want to waste anymore time. That being said, i hope someone will answer a few questions related to gh, igf and mgf.
First off, is mgf mechano growth factor and if so, what exactly does it do? what is the recommended dose and normal price for a first time cycle of that?
How crucial is using gh and igf in the moderate cycle level. I've done a few cycles, but haven't been doing them for years and years yet. Any and all help related to this, diet, training and nutrition and regular supps I could get would be so greatly appreciated. I need the help.
