I am excited!!!!
OK, my bench press has always sucked. I blame it on my long arms and height. I know that most of the folks on this board can bench 3 plates (315) for many reps and that is probably not considered a lot here but......I finally joined the 3 plate club today. I got 3 GOOD reps up with perfect form!
I also made a personal best by deadlifting 430 for 5 good reps. Today was a GOOD day!
Next bench press goal: 315 for 10 reps by the end of the year.
Next deadlift goal: 495 for 10 reps
Next squat goal: 405 for 10 good reps
