they deleted the threads. Here is what I posted in so many words. First, I posted because I think BigA's two boards are great and synthetek products are awsome. Apparently they don't like it when you post about other boards on their boards. How childish.

Anyway, in the subject line I posted professionalmuscle.com and rippedmass.com I then explained the two boards and the owner BigA (which you did get a few bumps before deleteion BigA) and explained how these two boards are full of knowledgable people including some IFBB Pros. I also plugged synthetek and Phil H as being a distributor of the awsome prods.

Anyway, there was more to the thread, but they deleted it.

everyone will know soon enough im on a bunch of boards but dont post much cause i rate them by big-a s boards and they dont even come close the big man really has the best boards on the net and thats what i tell people
