I want to lose my fat belly and wanted to know if I run a cycle would it melt the fat off? This is what I want to do :
• 1-10 400mg EQ weekly
• 1-10 500 Test weekly
• 1-13 Tamoximed daily
• 13-16 Tamoximed daily
• And maybe clenbuterol on and off 2 week cycle for a month
Here is some history…..I am 45 and not in the shape I want to be. When I turned 40 my back went to shit with several herniated disc and the lower L2 split and it was very painful and I needed injections and pain pills for several months and I struggled at my job when I would have to bend over or lift. Two years ago I started working out and exercising for the first time in my life. I was 275 and 6’ tall very fat in the belly (more than 30% body fat) my cholesterol and sugar were wacked and I had to take meds for them and my blood pressure was high too so they started me on a bunch of pills which motivated me start working out. I should be a skinny 175 as I was until 32 then I gained about 8 pounds a year. When I started to work out my chest was 42” and the biggest part of my belly was 55” talk about fat belly now 2 years later I still have the same shape (and still lots of fat) but smaller: chest 44” and belly 47 ½” @228 “NO LONGER TAKING MEDS ALL GOOD” (I did get it to 44 ½ at 218 pounds and very weak) I haven’t tried anything for muscle growth and to be honest I don’t think I am as strong as I was 2 years ago because I stopped lifting and did cardio because I hurt my should from pushing weights and now it’s better but will hurt if I load up some weights and press actually I can only press the bells because the bar starts shoulder pain. I am not done working out but have stalled and not as motivated and want to change my life.
