I want to lose my fat belly and wanted to know if I run a cycle would it melt the fat off? This is what I want to do :

• 1-10 400mg EQ weekly
• 1-10 500 Test weekly
• 1-13 Tamoximed daily
• 13-16 Tamoximed daily
• And maybe clenbuterol on and off 2 week cycle for a month


Here is some history…..I am 45 and not in the shape I want to be. When I turned 40 my back went to shit with several herniated disc and the lower L2 split and it was very painful and I needed injections and pain pills for several months and I struggled at my job when I would have to bend over or lift. Two years ago I started working out and exercising for the first time in my life. I was 275 and 6’ tall very fat in the belly (more than 30% body fat) my cholesterol and sugar were wacked and I had to take meds for them and my blood pressure was high too so they started me on a bunch of pills which motivated me start working out. I should be a skinny 175 as I was until 32 then I gained about 8 pounds a year. When I started to work out my chest was 42” and the biggest part of my belly was 55” talk about fat belly now 2 years later I still have the same shape (and still lots of fat) but smaller: chest 44” and belly 47 ½” @228 “NO LONGER TAKING MEDS ALL GOOD” (I did get it to 44 ½ at 218 pounds and very weak) I haven’t tried anything for muscle growth and to be honest I don’t think I am as strong as I was 2 years ago because I stopped lifting and did cardio because I hurt my should from pushing weights and now it’s better but will hurt if I load up some weights and press actually I can only press the bells because the bar starts shoulder pain. I am not done working out but have stalled and not as motivated and want to change my life.

Since we are close to the same age, let me give you some advice. Taking AAS is not going to get rid of your belly. You need to eat a good diet all year for that. I think that is a sane dose for your age, but will not help without proper eating habits.
 
I have seriously altered my diet to reach this weight this is not from exercise alone it’s almost fifty pounds of fat and probably muscle. My thought is that my muscle mass isn’t enough to burn off this fat while resting. My arms are 14 1/2 flexed.
 
What are you limitations? What is your doctor saying about you working out? Did you see a Physical Therapist? Once you establich that and can figure out a good workout out program for you, then you need to get on a good nutrtional program. I would suggest cardio, 5 times a week at 30 minutes to burn fat.
 
It sounds like you've had some injuries and have difficulty with joint pain. Your doseages look reasonable, but you may consider Deca instead of EQ. Many people report significant pain relief in their joints while using Deca.
Pesty is correct, AAS will not magically melt your belly away.... That being said-- I've never seen a newbie who was On-Cycle(of real juice and the right doseage) AND working their ass off in the gym, who didn't make noticeable results.
At your age, you can get a Dr. to prescribe you everything you need. Test/Deca/ Anti-E/ Propecia... etc. If your diet is reasonable, then you're going to make a real improvement.

I agree with what you're saying. However, when people start running alot of cardio and burning off fat (and at 45- probably muscle too), they look in the mirror and feel deflated and small... They get discouraged. A good TRT doseage of Test, could really help with his body composition and how he feels in the mirror.
 
I didn’t think doctors would do this anymore. There is a weight doctor I was thinking about seeing but never thought they would give out test and stuff. I do know my limits and have had my testosterone tested it was at the low end of the scale.
 
There are Drs who advertise that they specialize in testosterone replacement therapy.

Also, if you had a good relationship with your GP, I don't see any issue with asking him atleast.

Well, at 45-50 it is more about over all health then anything. Your priorities should change and you should start looking into long term health. That being said, cardio 5 times a week will not burn off muscle as much, if your diet is supporting it. With out seeing his blood tests, it would be hard to determine any proper HRT, but I think at his age, he could get HRT long term. I think that is his objected from the beginining to burn off the belly fat. Diet will control the muscle part and the losing of fat.

You will only know this from proper blood work. Just request it from your doctor.
 
Home Page Anabolic Doc...an HRT specialist that has recently benched 500lbs in a sanctioned meet.

First id like to say congrats! you lost alot of weight, and even typing this up and asking for help is worthy of respect..

Have you ever thought of hiring a personal trainer? Not just any trainer, but one who REALLY knows his stuff?

I think that would be your best way to go... There are a few guys here you could hire.... If you just do EXACTLY what they say.... you can look and feel 10 years younger :) Thats just what ive heard... but i believe it!! :D
 
Pesty is giving some very solid advice here. He is a man who have improved his physquie and never seems to fail. He trains/diets very smart. This will take anyone farther in this sport than AAS and life.
 
Pesty is right mate. Please listen to him. He has been in this sport longer than any of us and he knows what he is talking about and speaking from experience. If I was you, I would hire Alex Azarian mate. Go and take a look at his clients who have lost alot of weight even belly fat. I am doing this because I was on gear when I was young and got big and then walk away from bodybuilding because of my job as a Chef. I am now making progress and losing bodyfat. I know how u feel, but please no gear. Diet and Cardio is the way to go..Hire Alex Azarian, you will thank me for it....
 
I had dr test my test levels, the were low. He prescribed test cyp. And phenterimine. The weight melted off, 40# in 3 months. Very strict low carb diet was also included.
