i'd like to thank God, the holy ghost, the academy and the fine folks @ professional muscle for enlightening me on the subject of .5 cc sub q injections. been doing this shit for 8 years, and i'm running outta IM spots, tried a thigh inject recently and damn near crippled myself, hate glute shots b/c i can never see what the fuck i'm doing, and my delts are so scarred up it's ridiculous.
