Sweating like a pig while using insulin pre-wo

I notice everytime I use rapid slin pre-wo, during the workout I am sweating like crazy. What is causing this besides that I am fat as fuck?

But how is that possible? I feel fine and eat a shit ton of carbs to cover the insulin.

Check your blood sugar, then you’ll know.

I think it's your body telling you that you are fat and shouldn't be using any sort of insulin until you get down to 10-11% on DEXA.

Your blood sugar is fine UNTIL you start exerting yourself hard then your blood sugar is dropping. Have carbs pre workout and drink an intra shake throughout your entire workout this will help but you will need to play with the carbohydrate amount to see what keeps you from dropping so low.

Remember you want to “cover” your insulin with carbs, not “chase” it.

As @b-boy said look at your pre meal and that is likely where you’ll find your issue.

Second thing is 10:1 doesn’t apply for everyone. 8 units to 100g of carbs is plenty for most guys for example who have good BG levels.

Don’t be afraid to knock a few units of insulin off. No point in taking more than you need IMO.

this only happens to me when im going hypo , happens maybe once a year, happened last week , I walked 1.5mi to gym with only oatmeal and some protein and fruit before, got to g ym immediately got a gatorade the only size they had (normal), workout was fine...... went to get groceries next door knowing I better get carbs in immediately (honey or gatorade normally for quick fix), and I started getting extremely hot, sweating sauna level sweat, all while in line at grocery store. decided to say screw it and chugged half gatorade and was fine. normally I always have quick carbs with me , the long acting insulin is trickier.
