Looking for an IFBB pro to hire for a couple of training sessions a week as well as a diet and supplement program.

I'm really looking for someone qualified to train an aspiring competitive BB, not a run of the mill gym trainer.

I'm in South Orange County, Newport Beach.

If you want an IFBB Pro, go see Milos at his gym in Fullerton. He's good.

Milos is the man...

great gym...

but that is the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen at a gym....

looks like the bathroom has never been cleaned in 30 years....

just a word of caution...

I would venture to say the majority of pro's dont know much more about bodybuilding than you, most are genitically gifted and have a host of trainers and gurus that help them... I would search out a strength and conditioning coach that has good credentials and a good history... living in so cal i'm sure you would have plenty that are available....

I agree. I've seen a quite a few pro's train and was astonished how aweful some of their training was. Im not gonna say names, but one in particular was struggling with 2plates on each side of the incline chest hammer strenght machine. Some would have hardly any range of motion and would only do a few sets and thats it. I followed a certian pro's back routine one day and it was lat pulldowns(only went to 180lbs on the dual cable machine) followed by 2 sets of tbar rows(only 3 plates) followed by pullovers with a 50lb dumbell. I was shocked. Maybe it was a bad day for him, but I sure wouldnt not want that as a training partner.

lol! Must have been Paul Dillet haha

Agreed in full. One IFBB pro "threw" so much weight around in the gym, I am surprised that his whole body didn't get sore. I never knew bicep curls were a whole body exercise.

But I've seen a few who trained with control, very little ego, etc...

Well if I wanted to get some advice I would'nt go to a genitic freak
for it. They grow doing anything as far as lifting. I've seen some big
MFers just doing the same ol basic shit over and over.

IN MY OPINION IT IS ALL ABOUT THE GENETICS. MAKES ME WANT TO SLAP THE CRAP OUT OF "MI PAPI:D

All about the genes, sad but true. there's no trick, no magic formula
and standing on your head wont do it either. your going to get as big
as the good Lord allowed.
