If you're not getting the weekly newsletter the IFBB sends out I encourage you to sign up. Unfortunately there's no easy way to sign up on their website - I'm guessing they got my email from one of the livestreams I watched.

I hope we continue to get more modern innovations with the IFBB. I've long bashed them for being so behind the times and it's great to see them changing.
