I kept it simple, I ran the GH and IGF-1 twice a day, morning and PWO. SLin PWO only. Of course though I did not mix the GH and IGF-1 together. I played around with IM vs, sub-q on the IGF-1. Did not really notice a difference. I ran the IGF-1 for 1 month with the GH and slin.
I have a heart condition now that prevents me form doing anything at the time.
im taking my igf1 pre workout for the first time i like it rather then PWO. Im just doing 20mcgs with results. I take 3iu a GH in the am. somtimes ill take the gh 1,5 in the morning and 1.5 in the evening 6-8 hours before bed.
