IGF-1 LR3

Been doing a lot of research... Honestly have read so many different opinions almost over whelming.. Could some one help so i can get on a proper regimen ?

I've been using it for about 5yrs starting off with IGF-1 along with HGH.
I love the stuff and it will work alone.
I do 120mgs a day split morning and after workouts 7 days a week for 50 days then 20 days off. The effects are very quick you'll notice a difference in a week or so.
I highly recommend it

I used it for a few years and just finished a run. I only do 30 days at a time, sometimes i do Des and other times i do LR3.

Work your way up to 120mcg. Start at like 60, then go up after a few days. If its good you should feel a little lethargic, at least i do when its good. If its good the pumps will be insane.

Ya me to, tried it a few times improved pumps sure but no real gains.
Wanna raise ur IGF levels use GH

I would have to say its been a couple years since i had good stuff. Obviously GH is the way to go, but i liked LR3 when i was getting quality stuff. The pumps were great and i felt like i gained a little bit. The thing was it made me so damn hungry and i needed to eat so much carbs that i was getting fat also.

Thanks Bros... I have come to to the conclusion ... i bought a 12000 mcg vial...going to constitute with 2.4 ml AA(while dilute with BAC Water upoon injection)... which will give me 50mcg per IU on Insulin ... Going to bi-laterally inject muscle group worked that say PWO... Will be running my gh 3 iu b4 bed and 2 iu when i wake up to piss.... will do this for a month while running 200 mg enthante/wk and 2000iu hcg eod for 20 days... my pct lol my shows saturday and want to clean out the body while i get ready for my next season. Ill post results and how i feel .

Ya bro ur plan is unusuall and not typical I agree with cncrtr you need to research this a bit more. And with some help from the guys here Im confident you could come up with a more effective plan.

Im not an expert but I have to question
using GH and IGF together? Isually its one or the other or at least 12hrs apart

Dilute AA with BW whats the point?

HCG while on GH not necessary and this is one you need to research yourself
