i haven't used it in years. any suggestions on best way to incorporate it into cycle?
Most guys use it on training days pre workout, at least thats how they do LR3. You do it for a month then take a month off, it stops working after a little over a month so you need to take a break. Des guys like to dose during workout if possible as its only active for about 20-30 mins, after a month of Des you also need a break.
Lately I have been doing 100-200mcg pre (LR3). Back in the day when it was stronger 80-100 was plenty and I would be hungry and tired all day, and I would get painful pumps in the gym. Now not so much....
I did 100mcg IGF1-LR3 preworkout today right after eating a full box of Mac and cheese. I believe it increases insulin sensitivity, so I'm using it for a couple weeks before starting serostim.
Yeah im pretty sure it does. I have been on the grey tops for over a year and run the IGF about every other month during the fall and winter when Im off AAS.
