I am getting ready to start using IGF for the first time. I have been reading about it for a while now and it seems as if the consenus is to use it IM and in the muscle group that you are training that day. However, I cannot find any confirming information that IGF is able to cause greater growth at the injection site. Therefore, I am confused as to why people keep saying that it should be injected in the body part you are training that day. Does anyone have any links to info confirming(or refuting) site growth or does anyone have real world experiences they would like to share?
