I've been digging through some old threads but it seems like most of the info is outdated and varying to a degree.

I have a few weeks left on my cruise and I was thinking about incorporating some DES around training. I've never ran it before but currently run 4 iu GG 6x/week. What dosages and injection timing have you guys seen the most benefit?

I train 4x/week so I was thinking maybe 100 mcg split bi laterally in the muscles being worked? None on off days.

I remember reading that des works best in an environment high in lactic acid so optimally you should lift weights for 15 minutes then go shoot the des in the muscles you’re training. Then go back to lifting.

This is what I remember reading as well when I started researching LR3 as a lot of people were using that with DES in their routines.

What about keeping it cold? You think it’s fine being out of fridge for 30 min?
