I was wondering if taking IGF while exercising has the ability to increase the amount of fast twitch muscle fibers in my legs?
I play basketball and want to increase my quickness and jumping ability.
Would taking IGF and doing exercises that stengthen fast twitch muscles such as plyometrics help to increase these types of muscles? What I don't want to do is get stronger but bulk up.
