Well I have bought my IGF and have a question about pinning individual muscle groups-- for example: should I pin the quad muscle or the leg bicep muscle?
OR, should I pin the quad in one workout and in the next workout pin the leg bicep?
OR . . . use say say 15mcg (for the sake of argument) in each muscle at the same workout?
The same goes for arms- do I pin triceps and biceps together (half the dosage for each) or alternate for each workout?
