Its anti-aromatase effects lowers estrogen, which in turn lowers IGF. You are using exogenous IGF, not your body's own endogenous IGF - so I don't see the effect of letro to be a problem.
On a cycle without IGF, this *might* be a problem, but I think tren and test would make up for the deficit.
You could try a somewhat weaker anti-estrogen, but it is summer, everyone wants to look cut, and gyno is nothing to mess around with.
